I am tired of writing nasty emails to on Hello Peter. I'm tired of trying to prove my point or justify that my account has been paid. Joshua Doore and the JD Group have really been unfair toward me as the customer and they have really tried their best to ensure that they leave me as miserable as possible.

I am not sure if Joshua Doore sees complaints as compliments, as they have never acted on the last 3 hello Peters I have posted. The same honourable sms/email is sent that we are looking into your matter, well I just wanted to find out if investigating the matter refers to we will never be in contact again?

I have now been deemed as a bad payer by the Credit Bureau, because Joshua Doore escalated the matter with my account without proper investigations being done. I have contributed R11316 for my fridge that costs R10812.74, and I'm still being told that I haven't paid my instalment Sigh.
