Impressive service

I initially phoned [URL Removed] helpline to enquire about a missing download link when I purchased an ebook. Usually the download link displays immediately. I phoned the call centre and a friendly Afrikaans lady told me they need to get the link from the supplier and it could take around 12 tot 24 hours. I wasn't very happy about that. Two hours later I decided to check if the link was available yet, just in case, and it was. Very impressive service from [URL Removed] I have also previously ordered items which arrived the very next day even though I only ordered them the previous afternoon.
