I purchased a cresthill bed from coricraft galleria in June last yearWe were busy revamping our guest room and it was only ready last week. When we were trying to assemble the bed we realised that bolts to connect the headboard, frame and foot end were missing. We did check when we collected the bed headboard mattress, foot end and we confirmed that it was indeedwhat we purchased not knowing that bolts were not there. I contacted coricraft galleria on the 31? 12014 they asked me to send some pics of these missing parts which we did, they then said that a person fromtheir warehouse will contact me, I waited for their call but in vain. I decided to call again yesterday 5? 22014 they again said they will get back to me immediately. After lunch I decided to phone again as they still had not contacted me, I. Spoke with a lady called Nombuso who said that they will send their assessor and I have to incur all the cost for fixing the be as according to their terms &conditions was supposed to indicate to them within 7 days after collection. Now I feel that I have not been treated fairly because now I can't assemble my bed and noone from coricraft seem to care, where must I get bolts now?
