What was suppose to be a special time in my life was made into a horrible experience! My fiance and i got engaged in August 2012 but unfortunately my engagement ring broke beginning June 2013. My mother-in-law was so kind to take it in for repairs and i was surprised to receive a phone call to collect a week later. Upon collection we were helped by the nicest ladies and when asked if i will be receiving a new warranty the branch manager (named Elise) had to be called... She did not greet us and just asked what the problem was... She was so rude and we were told to pay an X-amount before we could receive the ring OR a warranty. She kept on flinging the slip into our face and eventually when i phoned my mother-in-law to clarify the innitial arrangement, the manager slammed MY phone on the counter and dropped the line when my mother-in-law wanted to speak to her. she then told the staff that if something like this EVER had to happen again that she would take the money from their salaries... She eventually gave me my ring without any expenses and warranty. i am truly ashamed of the way she dealt with this issue and the fact that she is the manager of a well known shop...
