R1250 for NATIS document

I bought a CAMPMASTER 210 trailer at MAKRO. The envelope they supplied to me, containing the NATIS document was lost in my move.

Makro should provide duplicate documents at cost (printing and postage), but refer me to the manufacturer instead, who wants a ridiculous amount of R1250 for two sheets of paper and postage.

If I knew that the supplier would make it impossible for me to afford duplicate papers, I would not have bought the trailer. MAKRO should force the supplier to provide the duplicate NATIS papers at a reasonable cost.

If the trailer can not be registered, I have no use for it, and want a refund.
