Disgusting - Selling Poison To Clients!

I bought Vodka from Picardi Rebel in Norwood, returned the Vodka the following day after discovering that it was in fact methylated spirits (poisonous to drink). The manager Felix would not refund me on one bottle as it was open (how would I know it was not vodka), but instead said they need to investigate and will call me on Tuesday. Shocking that I had to waste my time and money driving back and forth and I had to phone Felix on Wednesday for progress. Shocking that I am then told that there was a bad batch of Vodka (Picardi make it). I was told that Shaun would call me to apologise and make it up to me yet Shaun the business development manager obviously feel that selling methylated spirits to clients is not really a business issue. I am utterly disgusted at how Picardi Rebel willingly waste a clients time by having them drive back and forth and chase after their manager for progress when Picardi are so obviously in the wrong. Even more disgusted that there is absolutely no quality control in how Picardi manufacture Vodka as they still have the meths on their shelf. Imagine for the unsuspecting customer who mixes the Vodkameths and poisons themselves - BUYER BEWARE OF PICARDI
