What a disgrace!

I have worked as a Store Manager at the PnP across the road from your bottle store for the past 15 years, and whilst it has traded under several names during this period, it has been robbed a number of times. I have witnessed aggressive fights there, resulting in bloodshed and near death, and am also aware of a lot of A-Team activity. Since the store was converted to Picardi, I have taken a particular liking to two ladies who are always so friendly and represent your business in a very positive way. When I visited there this evening, there were to African males fighting outside. I was the only customer there, and asked the ladies if they were alone. (They were!) I also asked them if they at least had a panic button. I was horrified when they told me that they had 2 panic buttons, both of which were non-functional. I told them they should report it to and they told me that they had - A MONTH AGO! This is a disgrace - these are your employees - AND GOOD ONES! Surely their safety should be paramount to you as a company. I will be visiting there tomorrow night again and hope to that you have had the decency to sort out this problem. Regards. DE Smith.
