Bad Service on staff we ordered

We ordered Sky vodka and couple of beers and beers were delivered however no one informed us that they didn't have sky vodka. After 30min we bothered to go to the waitor to find out what was delaying and only to find out that they ran out of stock. We asked for manager and he didn't bother to buy from close pub or make us offer for vodka that is same price or above for the up service. He could only give us refund (R630) and the bouncers were throwing us out for complaining about the service.
