Closing shop early

This was the 3 rd time this happened.
The are suppose to close at 16:30 as stated on their door!
I arrive at 16:20, doors closed and all ready cashed up!
I ask them to let me in as it is not time yet, and they scream at me from inside that that their computer says it is 16:30. (but closed all ready for 10 minutes anyway!!)
This is Unexceptable!!
Other thing, they don't have prices on half of there products!
Management there does not exist, that's been like that since I have been supporting them for 2 years.
But that's done now, will go to another place!
