Bad service at its best, my husband visited Durban for a weekend (2nd of November 2013) and we booked at Parade Hotel and the only lounge/club that was close is Joe Cool's.
We got there around 9H00 and the was some vodka special which 2 glasses were for free and I asked my husband to buy the vodka and drink it and I will take free glasses.
One of the ladies that cleans took bottles and my glasses and I followed her and asked for them back and she said "what the I don't collect glass" as soon as I heard that I asked to speak to a manager. A lady by the name of Chantel who just stormed out and said what is the problem and before I could finish explaining what happened 1 of the waiter with blond hair started screaming that should I call the bouncer " REALLY ", he didn't know what I was talking about but wanted to call bouncers. She started shouting that we don't collect glasses and I saw the waitress and still remember her, it's a principal I paid for those glasses and 1 of you staff member them, she had no right. It was my second time at Joe Cool's and the first time was very nice hence we came back again.
Service like this really makes me sick.
