Cannot buy for advertised price

I would like to declare that I entered the store Game in south gate mall on January 2, 2014@ 3:30 pm I browsed the store when my Partner found a Television priced at R1199 Cash he called me to check, We
then called a consultant who with an attitude made us wait for 30 min. When he came to asist, we asked to buy the television with the advertised price he then said no this is not the price took the price stand pulled out the price to find the same price of R1199 cash on the second tag, He then gave us the tags and said we shud find the manager because even a child can see that this was a printing error, we walked the store trying to find the manager, which we found after asking 3 people the manager also then with an attitude said no he will not sell us the tv for this price, each person we came in contact with regarding the situation told us that we were to expect that, I am the customer who found a TV at an advertised price which I could afford to buy, i have opened an affidavit stating everything above. Game has so many specials and deals why could that not have been true. I would like asistance in taking this further and buying the TV Game had advertised for R1199 cash
