Half R100 note

I have a problem with Mangoale Dorcus at Kempton Park store, today at 13h57:47 ive sent one of my colleague to buy cold drink with a R200 note he came back with half note of R100. The cashier refused that she gave me a half note i then asked the store manager to roll back the camera he refused and insulted us & said we can even call the police if we like.

Now im not sure whom to believe, please i plead to get a chance to look at the camera please. According to my understanding perspective individual point of view we where not handled according to consumer protection act.
