Bongiwe has the most bad customer aservise

I sent my grand daughter at U Save Mangalani branch at16h45 to buy R15 air time with R100 note. She came back and told me that they say they do not have change. Really can such a big chain store not have a change for a R100 note. Does she know how urgent and what readon I needen the airtime for. She has such stinkimg customer service. What if I needed to call an ambulance or police I am so angree at the service I got from them. Regards Zanele
