This is my second report and still no joy in fact it is now even worse. After waiting 4 months for my order, paid for in full on the 26th Feb. Bedfords refused to pay me my refund I demanded when they delivered damaged product and short delivered my mattresses. For 4 weeks I had to fight with them, the 1st 2 weeks they never even responded to my complaint. They refused to pay me my refund and instead 4 weeks later sent me a second delivery of damaged goods. I phoned them on Wednesday 19th June Candice told me the courier would collect on Wednesday, Candice told me Fadiel Bedford the owner refuses to pay me my refund until the 2nd load was back in his warehouse in C.T. The courier takes approx 3 working days, its Friday 21st June today still no courier, no word or response from Bedfords. I do not think Bedfords is going to pay me my money back. I think Fadiel is stalling the courier collecting the damaged product, if he will actually send them at all remains to be seen. I think it is going to be a long hard fight to get my money back from Bedfords. Their product is inferior and Fadiel Bedford does not respond to his customers, he leaves the poor girls in the office to deal with issues
