I would like to say a big thank you to Candice for her brilliant service. My hair iron had gone in for repairs before and yet again this year is decided not to work properly. I mailed Candice and she arranged for the courier to collect my iron. She told me it takes about 7 working days, so was only expecting to receive it back tomorrow, however I was over the moon to see the courier company walk into my office last week Friday with a brand new unit. Thank you so much Candice, great service.
