I try my utmost to avoid the Dis-Chem in Rustenburg (Waterfall ValueMart) for this specific reason. I've always experienced terrible attitudes from the tellers there and today I decided to voice my irritation. The teller today was at pay-point no.5 at 13:45 (she was not wearing a name badge). From the moment I arrived she was in deep conversation with her colleague - appeared very irritated when I chose to pay at her station - and carried on with the loud conversation 'til I left. To this moment she did not say one word to me or look at me once. I hate shopping at Dischem because of the rude tellers, and I feel they should be reprimanded.
