Give this Girl a Raise!

I heard some noises coming from the front of my vehicle and stopped in at Renault on my way to work - it transpired that the brakes were shot, and had to be replaced - I was in a difficult financial situation, however managed to obtain the necessary to get the problem sorted.
Charmaine was at all times, calm, compassionate, helpful and extremely friendly and went the extra mile to see that I was on the way with my vehicle as soon as possible. I have had many dealings with Charmaine in the past, and she is to be commended on her EXCELLENT SERVICE SKILLS! She is a definite keeper, and should be given a raise - Thanks so much Charmaine :)
