Agterskot application

My Agterskot application was submitted to NBC on the 01.11.2012, I followed up just over a month later requesting the status of my application, prior to sending my email, I spoke to Judy Casado who said I should speak to her manager Charmaine Maas who is handling the "Agterskot application" I addressed my email to Charmaine who responded on the 13.12.2012 saying she is not the administrator of the fund & I should speak to Judy. On the 18.12.2012, Judy advised she would need to cancel tax before requesting for the benefit, on the 20.12.2012 I was told my agterskot benefit will not be paid any time soon, as they have loaded the agterskot benefit incorrectly & it needs to cancelled. I followed up on the 07.01.2013 & on the 09.01.2013 was advised there is no further changes as Charmaine is still on leave, it is almost a week later & no further update was received, I sent an email this morning & was told Charmaine has only just returned from leave & will attend to it when she has a "moment". I would have been a bit more patient &accepted this reply if my application was just submitted which is not my case, it is almost 3 months later & there has been no positive feedback, unacceptable!
