I PHONED RUSSELLS IN CONNECTION WITH MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT WE ARE PAYING MORE THAN WE HAVE TO BUT THE AMOUNT KEEPS ON GETTING HIGHER BRAKPAN RUSSELLS JUST KEEP ON TELLING ME THE ACCOUNT IS RIGHT SO I PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE I WAS PUT THREW TO 8 PEOPLE THAT STILL CANT HELP ME BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD THAT I CANT SPEAK TO HIM BUT HIS/HER ASSISTANT CAN HELP ME SHE SAID TO ME THAT SHE WILL CORRECT THE STATEMENT FOR ME AND EMAIL ME EVERYTHING.
I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY EMAIL
THEY JUST DON'T CARE
AND CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY 1 PERSON HAS TO HAVE 2 DIFFERENT ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND NOT ONLY USE THE ONE THEY OPENED THE ACCOUNT WITH
