Excellent service delivery

I just want to mention the seemingly unparallelled service excellence i have experienced from both the Sandton as well as the Fairland (WorldWear) branches of Sacrati - historically and more recently. I recently received a credit note for a pair of shoes i had bought for a friend but unfortunately misplaced the invoice - the lady from Worldwear who made the arrangements for the credit note was quite clear about the importance of keeping it in a safe place and even offered to keep it in store because she has even developed an understanding of the types of shoes i tend to go for. Almost a month after the fact, i called to see if there was a chance that they would reissue it and within minutes Mary (Sandton branch) confirmed that they would resend it to my nearest branch. I am both humbled and extremely impressed!
