10 Weeks to repair/replace shoes

I bought a pair of Cat shoes from Cape Union Mart less than a year ago. The leather/stitching soon started to break so I took it back to the store. They said they would need to send it in to determine if it should be repaired or replaced and I was told it would take around 2 weeks. After four weeks I had to phone constantly for feedback. After explaining my frustration, I have received a couple of calls from them with updates stating nothing. Then I was told the shoes where received from the repairer and is in CPT. It would be shipped to the store in Irene where I could pick it up "soon". That was over a week ago??? Sure there was a holiday in between. So how long does it take to ship from a Dispatch to a store? You would think that logistics at a "reputable" company like Cape Union Mart would be sorted. Apparently not.
