Fail to deliver goods paid for in full

I ordered two items and paid in full on the 7th May 2013. I had no response for two weeks, made an inquiry and was told that the one item was on order but the other would be delivered immediately. Subsequently I have had various communication with Brett Schoeman who continues to make false promises. All Office has had my money in their account for six weeks and I still have no equipment, anybody doing business with them should insist on COD!
Not sure where to go from here?
