Goods purchased and paid for but not delivered

I Bought equipment to the value of R6500 from them and the cable was not delivered. When i started asking when the cable will be delivered as they are holding me back on my project, Mr Markram kept on promising me to deliver but never does. I Paid the full amount in November 2013 and he send me a invoice to show that i paid in full. now i asked for my money back about six times now without any success.
