Clearwater Mall's parking paypoints ALWAYS broken!

Pay points out of order & u must wait in 30min cues to use the ONE that is working. Then when u get to it, it has no change or does not accept notes!
- Security staff RUDE when I complained
- Security staff says 'don't worry about paying-just go to the gate & wewill let u out' - then they DONT. Either way - what a lazy way of 'sorting out a problem.'
- Other times the booms are standing open coz they out of order-then WHY did I have to pay?!?!

This has been the case EVERY time that I have been at Clearwater - for the past year.
Pathetic. I will not be returning to this mall again. Had enough. They ripping you off.
