WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

DEAR ROCHESTER!
I have never been so disappointed in my life. On the 17th of February 2013 I bought a lounge suite from Rochester's in Strubensvalley, the service was excellent right up to the point when you pay cash, after that they just don`t give a s@#t. We were told delivery would be about 2 weeks, they delivered in 3 weeks. When they delivered the one piece (the two seeter) of the corner suite was broken, we phoned them and arranged for a collection on the 16th of March, we were told it will take about 3 day's for the piece to be repaired and we will have it back before the 22nd of March 2013. We phoned Tuesday the 19th and were told by Ashwen at customer service the piece is ready and will be delivered to us Friday the 22nd. On Monday the 25th I phoned them again, i was told that because of thr public holiday (the Thursday) they could not deliver, I told them as long as I have it before the Easter weekend because we have friends coming from the states and we did not have an old set anymore, we were promised that they will deliver before then, they didn't, we were promised delivery the following week, nothing. Today is the 8th and we were promised delivery 4 times and nothing!
