Non delivery of Lounge Suite

I paid a 50% deposit for a lounge suite at Couch and Lounge world Krugersdorp on the 17th of December. We were told delivery would be on the 23rd of December. On the 23rd of December we phoned them and were told delivery would be late the 23rd or early on the 24th of December. When this didn't happen we phoned them early in the afternoon on the 24th. They said delivery would be late on the 24th of December. Since we would not be at home that time they said delivery would happen on the 27th of December. I phoned on the morning of the 27th and they confirmed that delivery would happen on this day. When nothing happened by 5pm we phoned them asking when the delivery would happen, we were then told that the lounge suite was actually still being made at the factory... this is absolutely appalling service, we were to from the start.
