I ordered goods from Homechoice on the 20TH OF September 2013. on the 27th i recieved an sms that said my goods had been dispatched and will b erecieved in a few days. on the second of October i decided to track my order and i spoke to a woman consultant who told me my goods had been delivered and signed for on the 28th of septmber 2013. i then called again same day to cancel the order since the service was very bad and MASIBULELO told me its impossible for the goods to have been dispatched and recieved the following day. the following day, he changed his story and said oops the system does show that the goods were delivered and he has escalated the matter and he will liase with the warehouse and give the name of the person who recieved my goods. i had to call him everyday without getting a feedback and today i called and i was told there is no masibulelo and i must write an affidavit so that they look into the matter. the consultant today was very rude and told me if i cancel the order i will still pay for it, so i must send the affidavit, wait for 4 days for it to be read and a month for the investigate. the promise of secure delivery and good service is now a nightmare
