Defective Workmanship

Regardless of a defective snag list issue on behalf of the client by a qualified architect for dissatisfied work delivered by the supplier. The supplier refuses to perform and make good poor workmanship and demands payment of outstanding money owing to them. The value of the defective work far exceeds the amount owing to the supplier. As a result of our reluctance to make any further payment the supplier has threatened and duly failed to perform on a different project where deposits have been made.
