Supply with OLD toners and wont replace

Introstat is one of the suppliers we use for HP toner cartridges. Since March this year every toner we have received from them was faulty. When we take it back to them, it is a whole drama of paperwork and inspection first before we can get a repalcement. Ands everytime so far it turned out the that cartrdiges are OLD cartridges, with inspection dates of 2005 adn 2007.
Introstat then refuse to change the cartridges. and it is up to us to proof and go through lenghts to get the new inks as they wont refund us.
These inks are very expensive and as it is we still sitting with faulty inks, and they still refuse to even admit that they try to sell old stock to clients.
