Spar
Item paid for but not packed

I bought a couple of items from Spar at 5 Ways Mall Empangeni dated 14/06/2013 @ 15H11.

I unloaded my mini trolly, the items was scanned (I always focus on this to avoid double charge or missing of items) and pushed through to the packer who packed the items (11ecl. carrier bag) into one bag.

I was busy paying for the items and did not focus on the packer.

I got home @ 15H30 when my wife asked me if I forgot her hair comb. I knew I saw the comb getting scanned and given to the packer.

I had a look at my slip (Cashier C0013 Ref#0131 and item BFA J/JWE (hair comb) was indeed on the till slip (R24.99) but not in the bag.

I did not bother to go back all the way into a busy town to ask them for the comb, instead I, after shopping at spar am R24.99 down and no item.

All this after I previously complained about the bad job done by packers in this Spar (placing chemicals with bread rolls). I even got a phone call from someone who told me they arranged a special someone to train the packers.

Guess they forgot to tell the packers to make sure they put all items paid for into the bag.

Shocking...
