Defective product!

Hi there, I bought 2x boxes of featherlites last Friday, they were on promo at my local petrol station. 3x out of the 6 condoms were defective in some way, 3x of them were already kind of rolled out half way. the quality of the product was so bad that i felt nervous using the other three, FYI-both boxes had "defective" condoms inside.
