HP warranty claims has 21days waiting period-Crazy

I returned my HP laptop to the store (Dion Wired) for hardware failure, under warranty, and they said there is a 21 working day waiting period on all HP's on warranty claims. I think this is shocking to wait for such a long time for a claim or replacement or repair. Most other manufacturers respond within 24 hours with a reply or action plan. HP seems to have a poor service reputation. Dion Wired does NOT inform the prospective buyer of such poor service prior to purchasing an HP. After waiting an entire week, there still is no job nr for my machine, which means in one week, nobody has even looked at my machine. I believe "Internet Solutions" handle the warranty claims on HP, which I am also very disgusted in their service. Never again HP, never again Dion Wired!!!
