Rude cashiers / inadequate cashiers

I was at Clicks Pavilion at lunch time yesterday. There were only 3 cashiers on duty and the queue at one point had over 20 people waiting. I'm not quite sure why over 8 tills are installed if you do not have the staff capacity to staff them!

We eventually had our turn and the cashier had a name tag on saying "Nelly" - although our cash slip displayed what is obviously her "real" first name of Nelisiwe. She didn't bother to greet us after us saying "good morning". She just said "do you have a clicks card". My elderly mother could not find hers so I gave mine. Whilst I was looking for it, my mother said "you're busy today, why don't you have more cashiers available.". The cashiers response was "where's your club card". At the end of us paying, she did not say "thank you" or "goodbye".

Please train your staff better! Without the customers, your staff would not have jobs. They need to remember that! I hope that Nelly will be spoken to accordingly and look forward to your confirmation.
