Foschini handing me over for money I do not owe!!!

I had a Foschini account. About two years ago I paid my account off COMPLETELY! Now I am being harassed for monies I do not owe. I think it is about time I go and see the ombudsman because I have asked them over and over to stop harassing me and send me a line by line description if they really think I owe them money but then instead of sending me a description they hand me over. FOSCHINI ARE ALL AND I MEAN THIS I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR TO GET MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING. If you cannot keep track of payments get staff that are competent!!!
