I wanted to change some cloths and the manager got cross because I did not see it was n 16 and not n 8 and started yelling at me threw me out of her office hitting me on the back with her fist. Took my handbag hit my 2 on the head with my own hand bag refuse to give it back and told met she is keeping my handbag. End result was that I had to go to the police to get it back.
