Still waiting!!

I received a pair of jeggings as a gift, they were ripped on the side seam so I took them to the Guess Brooklyn branch to exchange them for the same pair. Firstly, I was told that they did have one pair in their store room in my size but couldn't give it to me as they were keeping it for someone else. They agreed to order me my size from another branch and they would contact me to collect once they had received them, that it would take about a week. I completed the form and they assured me I would get an sms advising when I could collect.
This was around the 11th of May, I am still waiting for the sms or a phone call from them.
If I had not gone to Guess at East gate branch myself to see if they had a pair to be able to exchange the damaged jeggings I would still be waiting.
My guess is that they didn't even place the order for me... very disappointing service!!
