Supplier refusing to refund my money Back

I saw these nices dresses on face book advertised by Yasha Bridal apparel, I made an appointment with them, when I met them, they showed some dresses, I did not like them. The said they can get me what I want I must send them the dress specifications and measurements, I ndeed I did, they sent me a quote, Then they said I should pay deposit in order for them to place an order, few weeks later, I paid them R2, 500 deposit, they came back to me to say their suplier cannot make the dress I wanted the picture is not that clear, they them asked me to choose another dress, I sent them the the picture of a second dress, of which they agreed it was clear and the supplier will be able to make it. A month later they called to say the dress is there I must go fit it, when I got there I didnt like the dress, the quality of the dress was not up to standard, now they are refusing to giveme my money back. They claim the dress was shipped to SA, it doesnt look like its an international dress at all. Yasha is downloading pictures on the internet and advertize on their fb page and promise they will bring you the same dress, and they bring you something totaly different.
