Worst sunglasses

We bought a pair of frame less guess sunglasses. Within a couple of days the screws of the came loose. We had it fixed. Then the arm broke off. My wife liked the sunglasses and for Christmas i bought her another pair. The same thing happened. The screws came loose and then when we returned to the shop we asked to talk to a Guess rep they said he will contact us. We are still waiting...
