Worst customer service ever!

Saturday i went to exchange an item and a cashier by the name of Siphokazi Helesi called Masixole to authorise and he ignored Sphokazi. Sphokazi asked him to hurry up as the customer has been waiting for long. His response was "It's his feet she must not tell him what to do" I then told him that as a customer i was not supposed to hear that and he then told me to shut up as he was not talking to me.

I told him right then that i was going to report him as he was being rude and he said he doesn't care. This was one rude employee and if Jet is tolerating such behaviour you will lose customers.
