Bad quality

Hi

I bought couches at Ellirines last year but already the pillows and the seating looks like its much older. The fabric is comming loose and something made a cracking noise when I sat, I'm sure a plank is cracked. They definitely did not use high density quality foam for the set I bought even though it costs me R12 000. I gave them a call and they came to have a look and said they will get back to me. My problem is why are they allowing the sale of such poor quality products in the first place?
