Poor quality goods

I bought a bed at Coricraft and I thought it was the best thing ever. Just to realized that it was the worst decision. The bed is of poor quality, it is making noise and the structure of the bed is poorly designed so the the bed is unstable. I phoned Coricraft they could only send out the assessor a week later, in the mean time my husband tried to fix the bed, when the assessor came the bed was not making noise but started again soon after, so the conclusion of the assessor was that there is nothing wrong With the bed. The bed is still making noise. I phoned again to complain about the bed and Clodette said she will send some foam, I have been waiting 2 weeks now and still no foam. I phoned Clodette again, she said she will follow up and phone me back, well it was friday morning, it is now sunday and she still didn't phoned me back. From the 1st time I phoned Coricraft till now it has been more than a month. I just want to sleep without noise and without the bed feeling like a water bed.
