hope you well. Thanks for the feedback you sent to me on the 29th April but I have not received any other feedback regarding my matter with my shoes and as you said you would investigate and get back to me ASAP within 54hrs but have not heard anything and we now in June already.

I am just doing a follow up on my shoes please.
