I am extremely disgusted in the service I have been receiving from Green Cross SA. I am a reseller and have ordered shoes for one of my clients. This order has been going on since April and no one seems to be doing their Job or even bother to respond to queries. Been trying to get an invoice since April so I can pay the deposit in order for them to start production. Invoice eventually received 4 June on which I immediately paid the deposit. Last week I was informed that my shoes are ready and that I shud pay the difference so that it can be released. However they send me another invoice with a different amount to the original invoice. Even tho my 1st invoice was dated 3 June, they told me that there was a price increase 1 June. I have paid the full amounts due and have now been told that the shoes are only going into production now. This I find unacceptable and I refuse to deal with anyone else other than the CEO. This is absolutely disgusting and something needs to be done.
