Wrong Booking Information

I bought a ticket to travel via the greyhound to Johannesburg. When i bought the ticket i asked the lady is there a ticket from Bethelehem to Johannesburg..? she told me yes but the bus is coming from Harrismith and passing Bethlehem towards Johannesburg. I waited for about two hours at Engen by wimpy when where she told me the bus would stop. When we phoned the queries department they said the bus does'nt stop at Bethlehem... This is unfair and i am very unhappy because the lady gave me the wrong information... How can she work at shoprite i does'nt even know where the busses stop..? I want my money back because it was'nt my fault its Shoprite who gav the wrong information...!!! This is not ACCEPTABLE...
