Having spent an entire day trying to contact Game Knysna telephonically, without anybody answering the call at all, we went into the store to enquire about a current Cell C special on the Nokia Asha 309. Firstly, no Cell C at the counter, only a very reluctant Vodacom rep. A week after the promotion started still no stock? A chat to the manager resulted in yet another very reluctant staff member trying to assist. A further chat to the manager resulted in a third equally reluctant staff member trying to assist. Not one of the staff members had any knowledge of the widely advertised deal, not one of them offered to take our contact details to advise when stock would come in. The manager promised to follow up, but we are still in the dark. Suppose it makes sense, the customer service at Game Knysna resembles something from the Dark Ages.
