Cell C
All hot air?

Apart from hogging the airwaves and spamming subscribers' phones with their latest competition, Cell C seems to be all talk and no action. My husband has been trying for 2 months to get his upgrade. First hurdle was the pathetic service at the Garden Route outlet, but head office did no better and even after a hellopeter the complaint remains unresolved. Having giving up on upgrading through the store we opted for a special running at Game from 1 June. Lo and behold, no Cell C representative in Knysna, and a week after the special started still no stock of the Asha 309 in any Southern Cape stores? A Facebook enquiry resulted in a complaint being logged - without anybody following up to establish the exact details. Pathetic, to say the least!
