Lady in white Shoprite clothes

Good day

I was at Shoprite Kimberley next to Hungry Lion. Behind Computicket's counter was a lady in a white shoprite shirt, I asked her to see what busses is available from Kimberley to Midrand Tomorrow (23 February 2013) she didn't even type any thing on the systems, she simply talked to the other lady in a african language and looked at me and said sorry no busses is available and then oh 1 bus Greyhound is available. I went to Checkers and all busses was available and I booked with an other bus. According to me All Computicket outlets is running thru one system. This is highly unprofessional as this is lying to clients.
