Cindy's terrible attitude

I was served at the till by Cindy who refused to speak English despite being repeatedly told that I did not understand what she was saying. The more I told her the more she gave me attitude. I asked for the manager who confirmed that the lingua franca is English. She forced Cindy to apologise and she did so grudgingly with a lot of attitude. The service at this station is normally good, after this I will take my business to the shell.
