DISRESPECTFUL /RUDE/ WORST ATTETUDE

Last night at 06h00 my wife and i expirienced the worst service delivery ever from one of your employees
her attitude STINKS i was even considering cancelling my order because of her attitude, she responded rudely and conducted herself in a Unprofessional manner, i asked her politely to confirm my order as she did not seem to know what i ordered over the intercom as it was not reflecting on the LCD screen and she responded ''and i quote '' that will be R61 and asked her again i will not pay till you confirm my order and she responded '' DONT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ORDER'D '' i was speechless lost for words, i told her to stop with her bad attitude and she responded '' IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE! '' i honestly dont how such a person can work in a customer care enviroment, i even spoke to a gentle whom i collected my order from if im not mistaken his name was Kidibone (dont remebr) and he apologis'd on her behalf
this silly girl even refused to give me her name i had to get from her name tag, i will never EVER AGAIN USE THE RIDGEWAY MC D i was not treated like a paying customer and i will spread the news about this franchise, this Girl must be called to ORDER its a pitty my word are LTD
