Bad attitude & extremely rude

Hi

Earlier today I went to Dent Doctor in Randburg.

The consultant who came up to me was a extremely rude and chauvinistic!

I asked him to give me a quote and as we started walking to my car he asked me with who I have my insurance. Right from the start I could see that he had attitude with me. I explained to him that I currently do not know as the insurance is under my mother's name.

He then refused to help me even though he admitted that it will take him 2 minutes to give me a quote. He said to me 'It is not worth my time and paper to work out a quote for you because we don't deal with all insurance companies'.

He obviously didn't want my business and I will NEVER refer anyone to make use of your services.

Absolutely disgraceful! You should be ashamed of employing such a rude guy and maybe look at better training for your staff.
